Location: On-site — Maryland, USA Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–2 years Hourly Rate: $25–$28 per hour QMK Consulting seeks a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to support a fast-growing automotive dealership in Maryland. This role focuses on dealership accounting operations, customer account management from a financial perspective, and accurate coordination across sales, finance, and service departments. The ideal candidate is organized, precise, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage customer financial accounts, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with dealership and state regulations Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes Prepare and review daily sales reports, deal jackets, and related financial documentation Coordinate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely deal processing Assist with month‑end closing, bank reconciliations, and audit support Communicate with customers regarding balances, billing questions, and payment arrangements Support general accounting and administrative duties as needed Qualifications Experience as an accounting clerk, bookkeeper, accounting associate, or similar role Automotive dealership experience is a strong plus, but not required Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Work Environment On‑site, full‑time position at our Maryland dealership Collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunities for professional growth and advancement How to Apply Send your résumé to career@qmkconsulting.com with the subject line “Accounting Manager”. #J-18808-Ljbffr
