General Manager - Airport Customer Service Frontier Airlines is seeking a General Manager to deliver outstanding operational, customer service and financial performance across one or more Frontier airport locations. The role reports to the Regional Manager of Airport Customer Service and manages relationships with ground handling companies, AVSEC, airport authorities and local government agencies.

What Will You Be Doing? The General Manager leads airport customer service operations, ensuring safety, security, operational performance, customer satisfaction, fiscal responsibility, and regulatory compliance. You will serve as the primary frontier representative in each airport location and collaborate closely with senior executives.

Essential Functions

Champion safety, accountability, and communication with employees and partners.

Maintain AVSEC compliance and liaise with local security authorities.

Drive operational performance through cross‑functional leadership.

Lead a team to deliver superlative customer service.

Identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve local contracts.

Provide strategic and operational input to senior management.

Ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, DOT, CBP, and international regulations.

Encourage continuous improvement and new ideas aligned with company goals.

Maintain visible, active leadership and two‑way communication.

Be available 24/7 for phone, text, and email support.

Analyze data and generate reports from multiple platforms.

Oversee business partner managers for safety, operations, and financial performance.

Recognize and reward high performance.

Ensure high standards for appearance of staff, facilities, and equipment.

Administer contractual requirements and quality assurance.

Implement technology solutions in partnership with IT to improve station efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

At least 2 years of prior senior leadership experience in a passenger airline.

Preferable previous airport managerial experience.

Fluency in Spanish required for predominantly Spanish‑speaking or Latin American locations.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Leadership and guidance of business partner employees.

Completion of required training courses.

Process improvement and performance troubleshooting.

Cash handling accountability and banking procedures.

Strong interpersonal communication, delegation, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.

Understanding of FAA, TSA, DOT, ADA, and other regulatory entities.

Travel Up to 30%

Equipment Operated Standard office equipment: PC, copier, fax, printer.

Work Environment Typical office environment; outdoor work, heavy equipment, all weather conditions.

Physical Effort Position requires strenuous physical work, heavy lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.

Supervision Received Considerable latitude: establishes methods and procedures for goals, receives guidance on broad objectives, with final results reviewed.

Salary Range $90,094 - $119,583. Closing date: 2/28/2026, midnight MT.
