About the Residency
10‑10‑10 ACGME‑accredited residency program with Osteopathic Recognition
Full‑spectrum family medicine curriculum with inpatient and outpatient experience in obstetrics, pediatrics, specialty clinics, and elective rotations
Faculty includes 11 family physicians, 1 pediatrician, 1 pharmacist, 1 family nurse practitioner, 2 certified nurse midwives, and a behavioral health model led by a psychologist
Collaborative relationships with other GME programs (ONMM3, psychiatry, hospice medicine fellowship)
Qualifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFP)
Eligibility for a Maine medical license
At least 5 years of faculty experience; GME program leadership experience as Associate Program Director preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Desire to lead a multidisciplinary team
