Family Medicine OB Faculty Opportunity – Bangor, Maine
North Carolina Academy of Family Physicians is seeking a BC/BE, full-spectrum Family Medicine OB physician to join the Family Medicine Residency Program at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center, Bangor, Maine. The role includes full-spectrum ambulatory family medicine, inpatient adult medicine, obstetrics and newborn service coverage, and the opportunity to practice surgical OB. The physician will also teach the next generation of family medicine physicians and contribute to program growth and innovation.
About the Residency Program
Tertiary care, large regional hospital with rural medicine training focus.
Osteopathic recognition with a full-spectrum family medicine curriculum including inpatient, outpatient, obstetrics, pediatrics and specialty clinics.
Unopposed 10‑10‑10 ACGME accredited program.
Faculty devote majority of time to teaching and supervision of residents.
Growth opportunities with a fourth‑year residency in ONMM3 and a Clinical Research Department.
