About the Team The Growth team is responsible for driving global user acquisition, funnel conversion, experimentation, across World products. We build the product surfaces, funnels, incentives, and localized programs that move users from awareness → account creation → Orb/NFC verification → utility. Our team sits across Product, Marketing, Market Ops, and Community, bringing a unified, metrics‑driven approach to growth. We combine analytical thinking, product velocity, and local insights from users and markets to drive both scalable global growth initiatives and highly localized market initiatives.

About the Opportunity As the Vice President of Growth you will lead the design, execution, and scaling of World’s growth team. You will build and manage a vertically integrated growth organization that includes Product Growth, performance marketing, experimentation, regional growth leads, growth operations, community/campus programs, and localized growth initiatives. You own the full verification funnel (Orb, NFC) and will architect the systems, incentives and product features that drive exponential user growth at a reasonable controlled CAC. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Market Ops, Comms and Marketing to align growth with global strategy. You will run the global experimentation roadmap, partner with country teams to deploy local playbooks, and launch new growth surfaces (mini apps, referral systems, incentive engines, country packages). As a critical member of the executive team, you report directly to the CEO and serve as the primary driver of global growth outcomes.

Growth Strategy & Execution

Own the global growth strategy and KPIs

Drive weekly and monthly verification growth across all markets

Build and maintain a unified global verification funnel (Orb + NFC)

Design new growth levers (mini apps, incentives, referrals, localized features)

Drive rapid experimentation and data‑driven prioritization

Product‑Led Growth

Own conversion and funnels in the app (account creation, NFC, Orb verification flows)

Partner with Product Growth to build features

Referrals

Incentive engine

Localized onboarding

Find an Orb

Country packages

Mini app hub for user onboarding

Localize growth features for key markets

Local Marketing & Regional Growth

Build regional growth teams and market‑specific playbooks

Partner with Market Ops to run local marketing activations, events, brand pushes

Manage performance marketing (global + local)

Launch community/campus programs and ambassador networks

Incentives, Referrals, and CAC Optimization

Build the global incentives engine to manage CAC dynamically

Launch two‑sided referrals and viral loops

Use analytics to deploy country‑specific CAC tiers

Mini Apps & Ecosystem Growth

Build mini apps that drive funnel completion, referrals, engagement, and retention

Collaborate with product to create localized mini‑app surfaces

Build a framework for market‑specific mini apps

Team Leadership

Build and manage a cross‑functional growth team

Hire growth PMs, analysts, performance marketers, regional leads, community leads, engineers

Create a high‑accountability, experiment‑driven culture

About You

12 to 15+ years leading growth teams at scale in global consumer tech

Experience running vertically integrated growth orgs

Deep experimentation experience: A/B testing, funnel analysis, metrics design

Highly analytical; data science or economics background preferred

Experience with global multi‑market growth

Creative and scrappy

Strong collaboration across Product, Operations, Comms and Marketing and Engineering

Experience owning growth funnels and delivering step‑change results

Willingness to relocate to SF and travel 20% internationally to the field where the users are

Pay transparency statement (for CA and NY based roles): The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH is $350,000, plus a competitive long‑term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
