Head of Capital Formation & Strategy (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead fundraising initiatives for a Real Estate Investment Management firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of private wealth investors and proven experience raising capital for multifamily assets.
Base Pay Range $250,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
Spearhead fundraising initiatives across all investment offerings.
Leverage existing relationships and networks to identify and engage prospective partners.
Develop deep expertise in the firm's investment strategies to effectively communicate value to internal and external stakeholders.
Generate innovative sales and educational content, including blog posts and thought leadership pieces, to promote the products.
Identify and pursue national opportunities that align with the firm's strengths through targeted sales campaigns.
Conduct proactive outreach, including calls, meetings, and events, to engage both current and potential investors.
Create and execute a comprehensive business development and sales strategy.
Research and cultivate relationships with new firms that can benefit from the firm's offerings.
Stay informed on market dynamics, investor behavior, and advisor trends to inform strategy and messaging.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the capital raising industry.
Proven track record of raising capital from RIAs, Family Offices, UHNW & HNWIs.
Strong background in alternative investments and multifamily real estate experience.
Familiarity with regulatory environments across the U.S. and the ability to navigate them effectively.
Comfortable working with a dynamic and evolving product lineup.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and expectations.
High level of initiative, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients.
