A leading investment management firm is seeking a Head of Capital Formation & Strategy to spearhead fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage a strong network of private wealth investors to raise capital for multifamily assets. Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive business development strategy and engaging current and potential investors. Minimum of 10 years of capital raising experience required.
