Responsibilities General Counsel responsibilities will include leading legal strategy for the company, providing strategic counsel, managing complex legal matters, overseeing contracts, and ensuring compliance across global operations. (Specific day‑to‑day duties will be discussed in interview.)
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a well‑known law school
10+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
5+ years of experience working within the Energy/Manufacturing industry
5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: investment, financing, international business, engineering, construction, sales, contracts, or procurement
Proven track record of success in providing strategic legal counsel and managing complex legal matters
Demonstrated bilingual capability in Mandarin and English; Mandarin language proficiency strongly preferred
