Job Details

Juris Doctor (JD) degree or similar

10+ years of experience in corporate law at a law firm or in‑house legal department

Admission to the State Bar of California

Substantive experience in corporate law

Demonstrated interest in advising clients on a broad range of corporate law issues

Prior experience in a private law firm

Partial portable book of business

Experience with

Corporate transactions

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

Securities

Investments

Joint ventures
