We are seeking an experienced

Director of Quality

to lead and own Quake Global’s Quality Assurance (QA) function. This role provides strategic and hands‑on leadership to ensure product quality across the organization while maintaining full compliance with ISO requirements. The Director of Quality will drive continuous improvement across production processes and quality control, oversee internal and supplier quality processes, and ensure robust quality reporting. This role is also responsible for process FMEA, product failure analysis, and the pursuit and closure of corrective and preventive actions to consistently deliver high‑quality products. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for managing the QA group, CMDM Document Control team and Mechanical Engineering function. Responsible of QA processes as it relates to contract manufacturer. Oversee product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Lead, develop, improve, own, and uphold all QA policies. Create metrics to evaluate performance and improvements. Create QA improvement plans. Report Yield data to internal and external customers. Develop full company buy in to Quality policies. Ensure quality aspects are part of all products, and procedures. Perform process failure modes and effects analysis. Implement in‑process product inspection standards, testing methods and procedures. Conduct quality system and process audits at supplier facilities. Drive failure analysis on product returns and quality issues, write reports, and drive associated corrective/preventive action closure. Interface directly with suppliers and customers on all quality issues. Represent Quality Group at the Configuration Change Board. Directly supervise the employees within the Quality Control department(s). QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BA) from four‑year college or university, and 5+ years related electronics product quality assurance experience. Minimum of 5 years of QA Manager experience. ISO 9001/14001 Quality Systems auditing experience. Knowledge of Quality and IPCA requirements related to printed circuit board fabrication and SMT assembly and test. Electrical product quality and failure analysis experience is mandatory. Printed circuit board product experience. Experience with applying quality tools to include DOE, SPC, PFMEA, and 8D. Experience with vendor certification and approvals. Ability to interpret and review drawings and bill of materials for accuracy and standard compliance. RF electronics experience in a manufacturing environment a plus. Metal and plastic parts experience a plus. Previous experience with contract manufactures is required. Compensation decisions may vary depending on multiple factors, including location, role, job‑related knowledge, skills, relevant education, and experience within the industry.
