The Business Marketing Group connects businesses with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger to help them grow their businesses through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, and more. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business leveraging our solutions. The Global Marketing Channels team is responsible for the performance and scalability of our digital marketing channels, including web, email, in-product messaging, SEM/SEO, display, chat, and Meta ads, to provide value for our customers and enable business impact. We focus on developing and executing strategies that make our marketing channels impact levers for the business. We are searching for a Marketing Automation Manager to play a pivotal role in elevating our marketing automation practice. This individual will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and executing our digital marketing channel and customer journeys to improve effectiveness across our portfolio. This individual will also identify and execute upon opportunities to expand our channel footprint and capabilities leveraging internal and third‑party technology. We are seeking an analytically‑driven marketer with demonstrated communication skills and business acumen. The Marketing Automation Manager will be committed to performance marketing, the customer experience, and driving measurable results at a large scale. As an expert in digital marketing and marketing automation, you will shape our global approach and the scaled impact of our channels used to launch, optimize, and scale cross‑channel customer journeys.

Marketing Automation Manager Responsibilities

Drive demonstrative results by delivering channel and customer journey strategies that leverage the latest in cross-channel marketing, agentic AI, and marketing automation with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Develop and drive strategy with marketing teams on automation and best practices to launch successful customer journeys, including lead generation and product adoption campaigns.

Develop learning agendas to optimize the effectiveness of our digital marketing channels across the funnel and customer journey, through A/B testing, causal experimentation, and opportunity analyses.

Work cross‑functionally with marketing, data science, and engineering to identify, drive, and accomplish both short and long term marketing automation and channel effectiveness goals.

Minimum Qualifications

Expertise in leveraging multiple digital marketing channels (web, email, chat, Meta ads, search, display, etc.) to drive results in a B2B or performance marketing capacity.

Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms to manage multiple marketing channels and deliver customer journeys.

Experience in developing and executing A/B tests and marketing measurement analyses with clear, actionable interpretation of insights.

Experience working with marketers to plan and deliver channel strategy for marketing campaigns.

Experience working cross‑functionally with marketing, data science, and engineering teams to plan and deliver channel strategy.

5+ years of marketing automation, digital marketing, performance marketing or growth marketing experience with a track record of improving marketing impact.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification.

Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud.

Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce.

Experience with lead generation.

Experience working directly with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Operations teams to provide business cases and requirements.

Analytical skills to design experiments and draw insights from data.

Project management experience leading and managing multiple projects at the same time.
