Key Responsibilities:
Lead review meetings with B and C clients, offering insurance and investment planning solutions Collaborate with senior advisors on high-net-worth opportunities Actively track and close new opportunities from warm leads and referrals Manage client communications, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely follow-ups Build and nurture relationships in your own network to drive new business Support client engagement through social media, events, and marketing Coordinate with internal team members to execute comprehensive planning strategies Take increasing responsibility for key clients and internal operations over time
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in a client-facing or advisor support role Strong interpersonal skillsyou enjoy meeting new people and deepening relationships Life & Health, SIE, and Series 63 required Series 7 must be obtained within one year of employment CFP coursework or designation in progress preferred Marketing, branding, or social media experience a plus Must be local to the Denver metro area and able to work from the office most days
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $75,000$110,000 depending on experience and licensing On-target earnings: $85,000$175,000 with performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement benefits
