Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience in application development using Oracle Forms, Oracle APEX, and PL/SQL. Experience with Oracle Database development, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware components (e.g., WebLogic Server, Oracle HTTP Server). Experience integrating applications with enterprise financial systems such as Florida PALM and FLAIR. Knowledge of State of Florida accounting practices from a technical implementation perspective. Demonstrated experience ensuring PCI compliance in application development. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience Experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications such as the Administrative Image Management System (AIMS), Financial Inquiry System (FIS), and Revenue Online Collection (ROC). Knowledge of the Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR) or Florida PALM Experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of application and data security best practice. Experience working in a government or public sector environment.
