Full Stack Engineer
to join our Banking Platform Application Development team. You will be instrumental in building best-in-class cloud-native applications, focusing on scalable, distributed solutions that deliver excellent user experience and drive measurable business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development, cloud technologies, and microservices architecture.
Your Responsibilities: Develop cutting-edge applications leveraging the latest cloud technologies, primarily focusing on Azure cloud-native services. Build, enhance, and maintain scalable distributed systems that support key banking features such as client onboarding, core banking, lending, payments, and more. Contribute to infrastructure development and new feature implementation in response to evolving business demands. Ensure high application performance, availability, and scalability while maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design. Work within an Agile environment, following best practices, participating in continuous learning, and contributing to a culture of innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
Your Expertise & Technical Skills: 10+ years of experience building large-scale, distributed applications in cloud environments. Proven experience designing and developing event-driven microservices architecture, utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and Azure native services such as Azure Functions. Strong proficiency in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices. Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. Deep knowledge of cloud-native development, including Azure Services like API Management, Data Grids, Confluent Kafka, and Azure Functions. Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Azure SQL, with excellent SQL skills. Skilled in debugging, performance tuning, and application optimization. Familiar with testing methodologies, including unit and integration testing. Deployment automation experience using tools such as Ansible Playbooks. Front-end expertise with web technologies like HTML, CSS (CSS3, SASS, LESS), REST, XML, JSON, and experience with React and Redux. Knowledge of distributed computing, low-latency solutions, multithreaded design, batch processing, and database modeling. Experience with DevOps practices supporting CI/CD pipelines.
