TRI-K
The Finance Director is responsible for all aspects of the finance function: accounting, reporting, controlling, and treasury. As a key member of the Companys Leadership Team, the Finance Director it to provide a business partnering service to commercial and operations organizations, ensuring profit maximization and relevant decision making. The Finance Director is responsible for tax and other finance-regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for all key corporate finance functions: controlling, treasury, reporting, tax compliance, insurance, and legal. Day-to-day management of accounting functions including ensuring all financial reporting and audits are completed in a timely manner; effectively communicating with external resources, such as auditors, banks, customers, and vendors; treasury management; management of all direct and indirect tax matters; compliance oversite; leading CEP and COPQ projects; refreshing SOPs across the finance and compliance functions. Responsible for all statutory reporting on a quarterly basis and production of P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements. Managing external financial audits on a quarterly basis. Responsible for monthly reporting to TRI-K management which includes sales and margin analysis, P&L, and inventory / cash status reports. Acting as a business partner to Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement - providing cost and margin-squeeze analyses, providing input for timely and responsible managerial action. Responsible for short and medium-term financial planning, including annual budget setting and monitoring. Responsible for all financial reports to the TRI-K BoD and TRI-K LT. Responsible for monitoring Capital Projects execution, including project budget performance and indirect spend. Working with Supply Chain Management to ensure good oversight over all direct procurement activities, analyzing trends, credit terms, etc. Managing Account Payables and ensuring smooth supply of materials and services to TRI-K. Working with Commercial on Account Receivables management, including credit terms and payment collections. Working with Supply Chain Management on setting the right inventory targets and monitoring working capital management. Provides an oversight of the procurement function through regular monitoring of direct and indirect spending developments. Provides analyses and challenges to the supply chain and operations teams for effective P&L management. Regularly reviews service contracts and looks for opportunities for cost/performance optimization. Conducts regular margin analyses and pricing history reviews to ensure margin protection and profit maximization. Provides info to the CEO and challenges the commercial organization on sales and margin development, pricing and credit policies. Acts as a Company Secretary, being the lead in organizing and documenting the quarterly Board of Directors meeting and the monthly Leadership Team meeting. Acts as the Head of IT being the companys direct interface with 3rd party IT service providers. Advises the CEO on service / cost levels and needs for improvements or updates. Working with the CEO on managing and updating the Company's Business Risk Registrar.Providing regular reports to the Board Audit Committee accordingly. Managing all insurance policies. Coordinating all legal matters, including claims, etc.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA or other relevant Masters degree
desirable. CPA qualification - desirable. Knowledge of tax regimes and basics of corporate law. Familiarity with Microsoft NAV, SAP, or other ERP. Power BI proficiency. International business experience
