Position Summary The Vice President of Finance is responsible for directing the organizations overall financial strategy, operations, and performance. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive scalability, profitability, and disciplined growth.

someone who is equally effective in the boardroom and on the floor. Success in this role requires strong operational finance expertise, the ability to lead through pressure, and a leadership presence that energizes teams.

Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Strategy Direct and oversee all financial administration, planning, and policy development. Lead short- and long-term financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership to support business decisions, growth initiatives, and operational efficiency. Contribute to long-range planning, identifying opportunities for expansion, innovation, and profitability. Operational & Hands-On Finance Maintain a highly hands-on approach to finance operations, actively engaging in analysis, problem-solving, and execution rather than relying solely on analyst support. Oversee preparation and review of P&L statements, balance sheets, capital budgets, and management reporting. Review and monitor the organizations financial position, liquidity, and overall performance. Systems, Reporting & FP&A Oversee financial systems and tools, including

Adaptive or similar FP&A platforms . Establish and maintain internal controls, reporting structures, and scalable systems to support business growth. Manage budgeting programs and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. Foreign Exchange, Tax & Treasury Lead and manage

foreign exchange strategies, procedures, and risk mitigation . Oversee tax planning and compliance, partnering with external tax service providers. Manage treasury functions, including banking and lender relationships. Oversee insurance programs to protect company assets and minimize risk exposure. Payroll & Compliance Oversee payroll processes with a strong understanding of

allocations, payroll taxes, and compliance requirements . Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards. People Leadership & Cross-Functional Management Lead and develop teams across

Accounting, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain , fostering collaboration and accountability. Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development for direct and indirect reports. Proactively identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions. Promote a culture of adaptability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Executive Presence & Communication Serve as a visible and engaged leader who interacts with employees at all levels of the organization. Present financial data clearly and confidently to executives, stakeholders, and the broader organization. Balance strategic leadership with empathy, respect, and approachability.

Qualifications Bachelors Degree required ;

Masters Degree (MBA or similar) highly preferred . Significant finance leadership experience within an

operations or manufacturing environment . Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (Accounting, IT, Supply Chain). Strong working knowledge of forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting. Foreign exchange experience required . Experience with

Adaptive or comparable FP&A systems . Proven leadership, business acumen, and execution capability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong judgment, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities. High degree of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.
