The Role: Guiding Domestic Clients with Expertise and Collaboration We are seeking a Financial Advisor to join our team and support domestic clients with comprehensive financial planning and investment management. Based on-site at our Madison, WI office, you will work closely with experienced advisors, serving as a key teammate in client meetings and help develop customized strategies. This role emphasizes client interactions, leveraging modern tools to ensure seamless, efficient service. You will play an integral part in helping clients manage their financial goals, from retirement and tax planning to investment strategies, while contributing to the team's collaborative dynamic.

What You'll Do: Advise domestic clients by providing personalized financial planning, including retirement strategies, tax-efficient investing, estate planning, and risk management tailored to individuals and families in the U.S., primarily in Dane County. Facilitate engagements by conducting nearly all client meetings in-person, building strong relationships through empathetic communication and clear education on complex topics. Collaborate with the team by partnering with seasoned advisors and support staff to develop and implement client plans, sharing insights and ensuring cohesive service delivery. Utilize modern tools by employing advanced financial planning software and technology to analyze portfolios, model scenarios, and maintain compliance in a tech-driven environment. Stay informed and innovative by keeping abreast of regulations, market trends, and fiduciary best practices to enhance client outcomes and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.

Who We're Looking For: We value professionals who bring a client-first mindset, strong teamwork, and a passion for financial planning. We welcome career changers and current advisors alike. If there is limited financial advisory experience, we will start out in a support advisor role and grow from there. Key qualifications include experience in financial services or advisory roles (preferred but not required; no existing book of business necessary), comfort with client interactions and proficiency in modern financial planning tools (e.g., eMoney, RightCapital, or similar platforms), CFP and/or CFA designation preferred or a commitment to obtaining these certifications, excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust, a collaborative team player eager to work alongside experienced advisors in a supportive environment, and a bachelor's degree required with advanced degrees or relevant certifications advantageous.

We greatly value someone that has social media and writing experience, as we generate the vast majority of our leads through our online presence.

This position requires on-site presence at our Madison, WI office to foster team collaboration.
