Finance Manager (w/ Billable Hours) - DT Dallas (130k-140k + Bonus) (Dallas)

LHH is seeking a Finance Manager to support one of our longstanding professional-services clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong FP&A experience, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to support senior leadership with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have experience managing budgets, developing financial models, overseeing reporting processes, and partnering cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization.
Job Responsibilities Develop, analyze, and consolidate department and office budgets into an enterprise-wide budget, including personnel, billing rates, realizations, cash collections, compensation, and operating expenses. Partner with department heads and office managers to review and prepare expense budgets, ensuring accuracy and reasonableness of submitted data. Manage monthly reporting packages for leadership, including firmwide, office-level, and performance-based analyses. Oversee monthly reporting tailored to requests from various business units, including practice/department groups and marketing teams. Manage the annual compilation of compensation information for senior leadership review. Prepare financial models related to compensation methodologies and potential adjustments. Lead the development and maintenance of profitability models for internal stakeholders. Manage the compilation and delivery of third-party financial surveys. Oversee administration and training related to business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting systems. Support the annual insurance renewal process and assist with completing various insurance-related applications and forms. Serve as a finance lead partnering with internal committees on rate administration, approvals, and client financial analysis. Maintain and update internal financial content on designated partner or leadership portals. Respond to ad hoc reporting requests across multiple departments. Develop scenarios and financial models to evaluate pricing proposals, including alternative fee structures and client-specific arrangements.
Job Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; CPA is highly desirable. Typically requires 5+ years of relevant financial planning and analysis or related experience. Billable hours experience required Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
