They are looking for an Associate, who will lead deal execution, manage client relationships, and oversee analysts in delivering high-quality work. This role is ideal for candidates with prior banking experience who want to specialize in technology while gaining autonomy and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities: Drive execution of M&A and capital raise transactions from start to finish. Manage financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes. Coordinate with clients, investors, and internal teams to ensure seamless deal flow. Mentor and guide analysts on technical and process-related tasks.
Qualifications: GPA of 3.5 or higher. Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Prior experience closing a sell-side M&A transaction (middle-market or software sector preferred). Strong understanding of deal processes and ability to run transactions start to finish. Excellent technical skills and attention to detail. Ties to the West Coast are highly preferred.
