We are seeking a skilled Client Service Associate (Level 2) with a strong background in investment account operations to join the Investment Team of a financial services company. This role plays a critical part in managing the operational and administrative aspects of investment accounts, while also delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will bring significant experience in private wealth management, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. The ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting, a strong sense of ownership, and a process-oriented mindset are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities: Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of new client investment accounts. Duties include preparing and completing documentation for clients, custodians, investment managers, and internal teams; processing asset transfers; and managing alternative investment paperwork. Maintain up-to-date and accurate client information across internal systems, including CRM platforms. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering both proactive and responsive support on tasks such as fund distributions, personal data updates, and portfolio reallocations. Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by advisors or leadership.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors degree (BA/BS) required 57+ years of relevant experience in client service and/or investment operations within the financial services industry In-depth knowledge of investment products and custodial platforms (e.g., Pershing, Fidelity, Schwab) Series 7 license required Experience with alternative investments and related subscription documentation Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with a strong sense of prioritization High level of attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated excellence in client interaction and service delivery Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a team-oriented mindset Professional demeanor, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary:
Up to $80,000/yearly + bonus + benefits
