Our client, a well-established financial services organization, is seeking an experienced Syndicated Loan Operations candidate to manage a loan administration team. The role involves overseeing the daily administration of syndicated loan transactions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities: Act as agent support on syndicated loan facilities, including post-closing administration, ongoing servicing, and lifecycle events. Review and interpret credit agreements, amendments, waivers, and related documentation to ensure compliance with facility terms. Coordinate interest and fee calculations, payment processing, notices, and reporting to lenders. Liaise with borrowers, lenders, legal counsel, and internal teams to resolve operational or documentation-related issues. Support facility amendments, refinancings, transfers, and corporate actions while ensuring data accuracy across systems. Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners on operational matters. Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues and ensure smooth transaction processing.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Strong understanding of syndicated loan structures and servicing requirements.
