Our client, a well-established financial services organization, is seeking an experienced Syndicated Loan Operations candidate to manage a loan administration team. The role involves overseeing the daily administration of syndicated loan transactions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners.
Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team responsible for the administration and operations of syndicated loans.
Oversee daily workflows to ensure timely and accurate processing of syndicated loan transactions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners on operational matters.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Review and approve documentation, reports, and reconciliations related to syndicated loans.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Mentor, train, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues and ensure smooth transaction processing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in syndicated loan administration.
Strong understanding of syndicated loan structures and servicing requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
