Senior Financial Analyst (Winston-Salem)

Are you passionate about driving financial performance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment? Were seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, youll play a key role in budgeting, financial analysis, performance reporting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities: Provide financial analysis, cost modeling, and planning to support overall financial strategies and objectives Support commercial teams with pricing and profitability analysis Prepare and present financial reports, KPIs, and departmental expenses to management Focus on cost reporting, cost reduction initiatives, and improving profit margins Analyze and report on factory overheads, labor efficiencies, and supply chain costs, advising on cost reduction opportunities Participate in the development of sales, operations, and SG&A budgets Manage and report on inventory Collaborate with all functional areas within the business
Qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge of cost accounting and inventory accounting systems Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data to management Expert-level proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Experience with data mining and Power BI is preferred
