Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect
Location: Milpitas, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Overview: Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, CSDM, and Service Mapping to design, implement, and optimize ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities: Lead CMDB/AMDB design, data modeling, assessment, cleanup, and health dashboards. Implement CSDM-led CMDB solutions, normalization, IRE, and reconciliation jobs. Design and deliver ServiceNow Discovery solutions, including MID Server setup, probes, sensors, and custom patterns. Implement and maintain Service Mapping for business and application services. Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and custom connectors. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical workshops. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Experience with CSDM, CMDB Health Dashboards, and custom reporting. Strong scripting and troubleshooting skills. Experience with integrations and ServiceNow customization. ITIL Foundation certification. Preferred: ServiceNow ITOM / Discovery / Service Mapping certifications. Experience leading multi-customer implementations.
