As Controller, youll oversee SEBPOs accounting, reporting, payroll, budgeting, and compliance functions. Youll play a key leadership roleensuring financial accuracy, driving process improvements, and guiding strategy through insightful reporting.

CPA-level financial leader
who blends technical excellence with a hands-on, team-first approach.
What Youll Do Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage all general accounting, payroll, AP, and AR operations. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls. Partner with auditors, tax advisors, and leadership on financial strategy. Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team. Optimize systems and workflows through automation and ERP enhancements.
What You Bring Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred). 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, 3+ in management. Deep knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and compliance standards. Strong analytical and communication skills. ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle preferred). Masters degree or BPO/international accounting experience is a plus.
