About the Role As Controller, you’ll oversee SEBPO’s accounting, reporting, payroll, budgeting, and compliance functions. You’ll play a key leadership role—ensuring financial accuracy, driving process improvements, and guiding strategy through insightful reporting. We’re seeking a CPA-level financial leader who blends technical excellence with a hands-on, team-first approach. Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage all general accounting, payroll, AP, and AR operations. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Partner with auditors, tax advisors, and leadership on financial strategy. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred). ~ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle preferred). ~ Master’s degree or BPO/international accounting experience is a plus.
