Role Description Were seeking an experienced and motivated
Commercial Loan Originator
to join our expanding team. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven professional with a strong background in
commercial real estate, construction lending, or DSCR loan origination . Youll work directly with borrowers, brokers, and investors to structure creative financing solutions using IronTrust Capitals platform, lender network, and underwriting expertise.
Qualifications Some experience in
commercial lending, DSCR loans, or construction finance
(minimum 1 years preferred). Strong network of builder, investor or broker relationships is a plus. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills.
