To date, we’ve originated over

in loans and delivered approximately

for five consecutive years. As we scale nationally, we’re looking for driven Account Executives to help turn this foundation into a category-defining, data-driven revenue engine and power our next phase of expansion.
Priority Markets & Headcount Plan We’re planning to build out our team across multiple markets, including Bay area, Seattle, Las Vegas, Reno, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Austin, Houston, and Dallas, with two hires in each location. We also expect to hire four people in Miami and two each in Boston, New Jersey, New York City, and Hawaii.
The Role We’re looking for an Account Executive who brings both hustle and heart — someone who thrives on relationships, earns trust quickly, and understands that a great borrower experience starts with being truly present.
You’ll connect with experienced investors, brokers, developers, and contractors across the country, helping them secure the capital they need to move fast and grow confidently. From the first phone call to the final wire, you’ll be a steady, solution-oriented partner.

What You’ll Be Doing
Build and nurture meaningful relationships with real estate investors, brokers, developers, and contractors — many of whom become repeat clients
Understand each borrower’s goals and tailor loan recommendations that fit their timeline, risk profile, and investment strategy
Educate clients on YouLand’s full suite of loan products, including bridge, fix & flip, ground-up construction, land loans, jumbo / luxury development and property loans, multifamily bridge and term loans, and DSCR loans for single-family and multifamily rentals
Guide clients through the lending process from start to finish, ensuring they feel supported and informed at every stage
Partner closely with our operations and underwriting teams to ensure quick turnarounds, accurate expectations, and smooth closings
Attend real estate networking events (virtual and in-person) to build your pipeline, deepen relationships, and expand market awareness
Share client and market feedback with our leadership and product teams — your insights help shape what we build next
Maintain a clean, organized, and up-to-date pipeline with thoughtful follow-through and transparent communication

Communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism — over the phone, by email, and in person
Are proactive, self‑driven, and calm under pressure when multiple deals are moving at once
Are comfortable using tools like Salesforce, loan origination systems, and CRM software
Take pride in follow‑through, organization, and delivering a

Hands‑on onboarding
on our loan origination system (LOS) and internal tools
AI‑powered SDR tools
to support email outreach and cold calling
Marketing collateral , including our company deck, loan product flyers, and other sales materials
Warm inbound and referral leads
with a strong pull‑through and close rate
This role will start as a
100% commission‑based position for the first 3–6 months . Based on performance during that period, we intend to transition top performers into a
full‑time salaried role with benefits .
