Corporate Finance Associate
to support financial planning, strategic analysis, modeling, and corporate development initiatives. This role is perfect for a finance professional who wants broad exposure, meaningful project ownership, and the ability to grow within a dynamic, acquisition-driven environment. The Role The Corporate Finance Associate will support budgeting, forecasting, valuation modeling, integration work, and performance analysis across the organization. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain advanced financial models including valuation, forecasting, scenario, and LTM models Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations Assist with due diligence and integration activities related to recent acquisitions Perform capital planning, cash flow analysis, and portfolio performance evaluations Conduct market research and benchmarking to support corporate strategy Partner with operations, accounting, and leadership to align financial insights with business decisions Ideal Background 2 to 10 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or midstream/upstream energy finance Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, including valuation and scenario modeling Ability to interpret financial statements, KPIs, and operational drivers Experience with acquisitions, integrations, or corporate development is a plus Comfortable working in a lean, high-visibility environment Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Location and Work Environment Houston, TX Hybrid schedule Lean, collaborative, high-impact finance team Organization actively expanding through acquisitions This position provides a unique opportunity to influence corporate direction within a company that is both stable and aggressively growing.
