Salesforce Lightning Developer
to join a high-impact, global delivery team. This role requires a confident, hands-on developer who can design, build, and enhance Salesforce solutions across retail and investment management business functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing regional and global business requirements, driving Salesforce adoption, and integrating Salesforce with internal and third-party platforms to deliver a unified client ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Lightning solutions aligned with business and platform strategy Take a hands-on role in coding, solution design, and implementation of new features Collaborate closely with global business, product, and technology teams Implement scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices to improve user adoption Integrate Salesforce with third-party vendors and internal platforms using APIs and REST services Ensure solutions align with architectural standards and long-term platform vision Required Skills & Experience 710 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong expertise in
Salesforce Lightning
(financial services experience preferred) Hands-on experience with
Apex, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS Experience with
Salesforce configuration , reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation Working knowledge of
API integrations , RESTful services, and third-party system integrations Strong understanding of
SOQL and SQL Experience with
DevOps and CI/CD practices
(Version Control, Salesforce DX, CI/CD tools) Solid understanding of the
full SDLC , including Agile methodologies Experience writing
Apex test classes and scripts Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Nice to Have Prior experience supporting complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations Exposure to global or multi-region Salesforce deployments
