Description:
Strong expertise in configuring the application for various modules for Cloud HCM such as core HR, Payroll, Talent management, ORC, OTL etc. Be well versed with HR Domain expertise. Spearheaded comprehensive HCM cloud transformation initiatives from inception to deployment.
Work with main HR business stakeholder to understand the HCM business requirements along with the Information technology team of client. Be well versed with HR Domain expertise. Spearheaded comprehensive HCM cloud transformation initiatives from inception to deployment. Work closely with CXO community to understand the strategic requirements towards digital transformation journey. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to capture business requirements and ensure strategic alignment. Offer expert advice on HCM cloud functionalities, configuration options, and industrys best practices. Champion innovation and continuous improvement in HR processes through modern design thinking and emerging technologies. Be able to successfully be led large-scale, multi-country HCM cloud transformations involving complex organizational structures and multiple module implementations. Design and optimize HR IT landscapes, including vendor selection, cloud readiness assessments, and operational support models. Deliver Target Operating Models (TOM) and experience-centric HR process designs, integrating AI accelerators and strategic use cases. Be able to provide assistance in configuring the application for various modules for Cloud HCM such as core HR, Payroll, Talent management, ORC, OTL etc.
