Manufacturing (Hybrid, US/Mexico Support)

A global leader in marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions is seeking a Director of Finance to provide financial leadership for one of its key manufacturing platforms. This hybrid role primarily supports operations across Texas and Mexico with travel ranging from 1020%. The Director will report directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer and serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership.

About the Role The Director of Finance will oversee all financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, compliance, and analysis for a major packaging solutions platform. This leader will guide a geographically dispersed team, drive operational insights, and support strategic initiatives across the business. The role requires strong experience in US GAAP, Mexican statutory reporting, and maquiladora financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to multiple finance team members across various locations Oversee all financial reporting, compliance, and adherence to corporate accounting policies Manage full

P&L

and

balance sheet

ownership for the business unit Lead the annual budget, monthly forecasting, capital spending planning, and monthly close Analyze variances versus forecast, budget, and prior years; identify drivers behind changes in volume, pricing, and cost Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational data across systems; develop reporting that supports decision-making around working capital, productivity, customer performance, and cash flow Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives including capacity planning, customer contracts, new business opportunities, and capital investment Act as a key business partner to the Group CFO, Operations leadership, and Business Platform President

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required;

MBA and/or CPA preferred 10+ years

of accounting/operational finance experience within a

manufacturing environment Strong understanding of

US GAAP , Mexican statutory reporting, and

maquiladora tax/legal regulations Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Work Environment Hybrid role supporting multiple US/Mexico locations 1020% travel
