Strong experience in
enterprise data warehousing , BI architecture, and large-scale analytics delivery Deep understanding of
data modeling
for analytics (dimensional & semantic layer design) Hands-on expertise with
ETL/ELT
patterns and orchestration Strong knowledge of
data governance , metadata management, security models, and IAM for data platforms Experience with
BI tools
(preferably Looker or equivalent enterprise-grade platforms) Awareness of
AI/ML techniques
for insight automation, anomaly/outlier detection Strong understanding of
DevOps
concepts for data: CI/CD, code-based delivery, versioning Proficiency in
cloud-based
data analytics platforms (GCP experience highly advantageous; BigQuery familiarity a plus) Excellent stakeholder management, business communication, and requirement discovery skills Ability to operate in an
onsiteoffshore model , driving clarity and collaboration
