What Youll Do Lead and support two operations specialists while ensuring smooth client operations Improve systems, processes, and technology across billing, reporting, and workflows Oversee billing, retirement account processing, and insurance/annuity administration Support compliance supervision, internal reviews, and firmwide training initiatives
Whats Offered $90,000 - $110,000 base salary, depending on experience Annual bonus opportunity (typically 5 - 15% of base) Medical, dental, vision; retirement plan with up to 3% match; PTO Primarily on-site with occasional flexibility
What You Bring Bachelors Degree Operations and/or compliance background Licensing preferred (7 & 66 or 63 & 65) Strong communication, detail orientation, and process-improvement mindset
