As the
Senior Financial Planning Analyst
you will be responsible for a wide array of financial, strategic, and operational analysis supporting all aspects of the company, with a particular focus on budgeting and planning for the North America business. This role will support the process for budget, forecast, and long-range planning, including P&L and total capex.

40 - 50 hours per week Pay:

Job Responsibilities Assist in leading and developing the budgeting, forecasting, and LRP for total North America operations. Partner with Finance line item owners to construct and analyze total consolidated P&L. Support leadership in understanding key drivers to variances vs plan. Provide ad hoc decision support on key initiatives. Coordinate with stakeholders and finance counterparts to develop calendar for budget and LRP. Help support cashflow forecast and assumptions for 3 statement financial model. Consolidate capex forecast and report out monthly risks and opportunities. Support the assessment of channel profitability thru allocations. Participate in identifying and measuring of initiatives to help drive top line growth and/or margin expansion
Job Requirements Bachelors degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. MBA a plus 3+ years work experience including financial and/or operational analysis Experience with financial budgeting Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Advanced understanding and working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and analysis Strong communication and collaboration skills Strong Excel skills and experience with EPM tools Must be a self-starter and willing to work in a fast paced, high growth environment
