Job Title: Migration Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and support large-scale migrations of user data including Outlook/Exchange, Calendar, and OneDrive from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace. Ensure data availability, integrity, and successful user access throughout the migration lifecycle. Provide engineering-level support for Google Workspace as a third-level platform resource. Support governance, risk, and compliance efforts within the Microsoft tenant, ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards. Partner with cybersecurity, risk, and architecture teams to address integration and compliance requirements. Support application and platform integrations leveraging Google Workspace and Google APIs. Assist with lift-and-shift initiatives into the Microsoft tenant while maintaining governance controls. Participate in quarterly PI planning and assist with prioritization of platform initiatives. Support continuous improvement of associate experience during and after platform transitions.

Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Outlook, OneDrive and Calendars. Proven experience with enterprise data migrations (on-prem to SaaS or SaaS to SaaS). Demonstrated experience migrating from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace or similar enterprise collaboration platforms. Strong understanding of Microsoft tenant governance, compliance, and security controls. Experience supporting large enterprise environments with 10,000+ users. Ability to work cross-functionally with security, risk, and platform engineering teams.

Salary Range:

The salary for this position is between $100,000 $110,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
