We are seeking an

entrepreneurial operations architect

to join a flat, high-performing team led by a Director with 18+ years of experience. This is not a back-office support role; it is a strategic position where you will build the infrastructure that allows us to deploy capital thoughtfully and efficiently.

What You Will Do

You will own the operational lifecycle of our portfolio, managing the flow of capital into complex

funds and real asset investments

from concept to deployed impact. 1. Investment Execution & Trade Support Manage the Lifecycle:

Oversee the execution of investments into charitable and non-charitable entities, including managing multiple closes and tranches for both fund and real asset structures. Transaction Management:

Handle subscription and redemption documents, coordinate capital calls and distributions, and manage KYC/AML requests with external fund administrators and legal teams. Due Diligence:

Coordinate operational due diligence (ODD) and manage access to data rooms and sensitive manager documentation. 2. Portfolio Operations & Data Integrity System Architecture:

Develop and maintain our source of truth for investment data. You will leverage technology to automate data collection and ensure the integrity of our Investment Book of Record. Performance Analytics:

Prepare deployment forecasts and performance reports for internal stakeholders, bringing a strategic lens to how we track financial and impact returns. Process Optimization:

Continuously enhance governance practices and internal controls, ensuring our workflow remains agile yet compliant. 3. Field Building & Knowledge Management Impact Tracking:

Go beyond financial metrics to track impact outcomes across our poverty, equity, health, and planet portfolios, helping us make sense of trends and key findings from our investees. Ecosystem Engagement:

Support investees with operational capacity building, helping them grow industry best practices.

Who You Are

Experienced:

5+ years of practical experience in investment operations at a family office, endowment, foundation, or asset manager. Asset Class Fluency:

You are comfortable handling the distinct operational requirements of both

investment funds

(capital calls, subscriptions) and

real assets

(valuations, physical asset tracking). Technically Sharp:

You have mastery of

Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides)

and Microsoft Excel. Experience with database tools or systems like Addepar, Solovis, or Dynamo is a strong plus. Educated & Credentialed:

MBA/Masters preferred. CPA, CAIA, or CFA designations are highly desirable. Mission-Aligned:
