Key Responsibilities & Duties: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ensure project goals align with organizational objectives Facilitate process improvement initiatives Gather and document project requirements effectively Oversee change management processes Coordinate with stakeholders and upper-level management Produce detailed status reports Utilize MS Project and O365 tools for project management Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy Adapt to a semi-agile environment and methodologies Required Qualifications & Experience: 6+ years of project management experience Proficiency in process mapping and improvement Strong documentation skills Experience with IT project management Familiarity with Agile methodologies Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Experience with MS Project and O365 tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience: PMP certification Scrum certification Experience in public sector or higher education Familiarity with Teams collaboration tool Perks & Benefits: 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit Other Information: Work with a tight-knit team with low turnover Two-stage interview process: virtual and onsite Opportunity to start as soon as possible If you are interested in learning more about the
