International Software company located in Red Bank NJ is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The Senior Analyst will be instrumental in budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and evaluating marketing and sales investments across various channels and customer segments
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead end-to-end financial planning processes for Sales and Marketing functions, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning. Develop and maintain models to evaluate CAC, CLTV, payback periods, marketing ROI, pipeline conversion rates, and ARR growth. Provide scenario modeling to support strategic decisions around pricing, territory planning, and campaign investments.
Sales & Marketing Support: Partner with CRO, CMO, and GTM leaders to assess performance and resource allocation across inbound, outbound, partner, and product-led growth (PLG) channels. Support sales compensation planning, quota setting, and performance tracking. Analyze and optimize marketing spending across digital, events, content, and ABM campaigns.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Build and deliver executive-level dashboards and presentations to communicate key KPIs (e.g., pipeline coverage, sales velocity, & churn Monitor campaign performance, channel attribution, and funnel metrics in collaboration with RevOps and Marketing Ops. Leverage tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, or other BI platforms.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus). 5+ years of FP&A experience, SaaS or Fintech industry a plus
