Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM, PM/SM and PS) Responsible for full life cycle implementation of SAP EAM, from business requirements gathering through conducting business workshops, including gap analysis, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, cutover, data migration, go-live, training, and post go-live support. Contribute to the implementation and execution of the SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance processes: asses current state, identify customer requirements and define future state and/or business solution. Transform detailed requirements into complete detailed systems design documents and implement in SAP. Capture business capability requirements, functional requirements, and expected service levels from business unit. Create EAM solutions that map to an actionable business-IT roadmap (a long-range plan for the business that identifies specific IT investments in applications and infrastructure to support business objectives). Support BU leadership in identifying opportunities for emerging technologies, through collaboration with EAM architect, to enable business strategies. Provide an advisory role with the clients on the impact of new technologies on their existing technical and information system environments. Ensure business and functional requirements are maintained throughout the development/configuration process. Maintain strong understanding of technology needs and solutions for the business units. Liaison between the client, vendors, project management and the technical team on questions, issues, and revisions to the solution architecture. Manage engagement risk and economics including: planning and budgeting; manage accounts receivable; define deliverable content; ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from business owners Guide complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions and validate fit/gap analysis and design decisions to ensure deviations from out of the box functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition. Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members Your background includes: 10+ years of experience of designing, customizing, testing, implementing, and managing enterprise asset management solutions/systems Experience in a minimum of 2 full cycle greenfield/brownfield SAP implementations Experience with converting new acquisitions/mergers into current platforms Experience with current technology implementation patterns Strong, persuasive communication and presentation skills Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas--both verbally and in written form to technical and non-technical peers S/4 EAM experience

SAP Technical consultant This position is to support the SAP PM/SM & PS modules. This position is responsible for providing technical expertise for projects, system enhancements and production support. This position will also involve working closely with team members of other SAP ABAP and configuration groups such as SAP-CCS, SAP-MM, SAP-FI and SAP-BW groups.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Develop and enhance ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflow (RICEFW) in the PM, SM and PS modules of SAP. Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts and end-users to gather requirements, analyze business processes and propose technical solutions. Design and implement custom functionalities, user exits and enhancements to optimize SAP system performance and meet business objectives. Perform complex debugging and troubleshooting of ABAP programs to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Conduct unit testing, integration testing and performance tuning of ABAP programs to ensure reliability, stability, and optimal system performance. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to peers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices. Stay updated with the latest SAP ABAP technologies, tools, trends and recommend improvements and innovations to enhance system capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, project managers and technical teams to deliver high -quality SAP solutions on time and within budget. Responsible for production support issues that arise. This involves technical knowledge for troubleshooting issues to determine whether process, development/ABAP, security, or configuration needs to change. Participate in blueprinting and project design sessions when assigned to understand business requirements and validate process approaches. Maintain good understanding of SAP technical concepts/technologies, SAP releases and patches, including applying OSS notes. Fosters environment of operational excellence and innovation through encouraging new process and technology development for improvement in systems or workforce productivity while maintaining sensitivity to costs of services, Provide on-call support (rotation) needed during non-business hours for emergency issue. Provide EOP (Emergency Operations Pan) support as required. Provide DR (Disaster Recovery) support as required. Performs all aspects of work with a high degree of effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy. Establish and maintain partnerships with client organization, functional and other IT team members. Provides technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to co-workers on PM related components.
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of SAP development experience in the areas of PM, SM and PS modules. Experience with the maintenance of the SAP technical infrastructure within ECC. Experienced with using SAP web and integration technologies. This position will require hands on experience of integrating SAP with external applications
such as web applications. S/4 experience
