Contribute to the implementation and execution of the SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance processes: asses current state, identify customer requirements and define future state and/or business solution. Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM, PM/SM and PS) Responsible for full life cycle implementation of SAP EAM, from business requirements gathering through conducting business workshops, including gap analysis, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, cutover, data migration, go-live, training, and post go-live support. Your background includes: 10+ years of experience of designing, customizing, testing, implementing, and managing enterprise asset management solutions/systems Experience in a minimum of 2 full cycle greenfield/brownfield SAP implementations Experience with converting new acquisitions/mergers into current platforms Experience with current technology implementation patterns Strong, persuasive communication and presentation skills Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas--both verbally and in written form to technical and non-technical peers S/4 EAM experience
