Job Description:
Role Overview The Salesforce Technical Architect will serve as the strategic technology leader for large-scale Salesforce implementations across Experience Cloud, Enhanced CMS, and Commerce solutions. This role requires deep architectural expertise, enterprise governance, and leadership in designing secure, scalable, and integrated solutions. The architect will guide technical teams, advise stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives while driving innovation and best practices. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Architecture & Strategy Define and own the technical roadmap for Salesforce Experience Cloud and Commerce solutions Establish architectural standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for multi-org and multi-cloud environments Drive CMS migration strategies and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems Integration Leadership Architect complex integrations using REST APIs, Connect APIs, and middleware tools Define API security, authentication flows, and data governance policies Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance across integrated systems Content Management & CMS Expertise Oversee implementation of Salesforce Enhanced CMS features including workspaces, channels, collections, and taxonomy Define workflows, approval processes, and governance for enterprise content management Lead migration from legacy CMS platforms to Salesforce Enhanced CMS Solution Delivery & Quality Assurance Conduct architecture reviews, code audits, and performance optimization Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and regulatory standards Provide technical leadership during design sprints, solution workshops, and client presentations Leadership & Mentorship Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders and business leaders Mentor architects and development teams on advanced Salesforce capabilities Drive innovation and thought leadership within the Salesforce ecosystem
