Investment Banking Analyst II - Technology (New York)

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst II to join their Technology Investment Banking team in New York City. This is a fast-paced, high-impact group that operates with lean deal teams and covers a broad spectrum of technology sub-verticals, including software, fintech, IT services, and emerging tech. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical skills and a passion for deal execution. Key Responsibilities: Support senior bankers in the execution of M&A, IPO, and capital markets transactions across various technology sectors. Conduct financial analysis, valuation modeling (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, trading comps), and industry research. Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials. Participate in due diligence processes and interact with clients, investors, and other stakeholders. Collaborate closely with lean deal teams, gaining exposure to all aspects of transaction execution. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of investment banking experience at a reputable firm. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
