Role Description Gallo Legal Services is seeking a highly skilled Trial Presentation & Legal Videographer Specialist to provide crucial technical and media support to trial attorneys. This professional will focus on courtroom presentation, legal video services, and digital evidence management. The role requires expert use of trial presentation software to effectively display exhibits, video, and demonstratives during all phases of trial and other legal proceedings. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented technical expert, comfortable collaborating directly with high-stakes litigation teams.

Key Responsibilities Lead Trial Presentation Support: Collaborate with attorneys to develop and execute dynamic in-court presentations using specialized trial software (e.g., TrialDirector, OnCue, or similar). Media and Evidence Management: Prepare, organize, and manage all forms of digital evidence, including documents, exhibits, and video, ensuring seamless and compelling presentation during trials. Legal Videography: Professionally videotape legal proceedings, including depositions, site inspections, and motion hearings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with all legal and court standards. Video Synchronization: Provide advanced, value-added services, such as synchronized transcript integration and picture-in-picture video for use in trial. Equipment Operation: Expertly set up, operate, and troubleshoot video, audio, and lighting equipment in various on-site locations, including courtrooms and law offices. Post-Production: Edit, format, and manage digital video files for effective delivery to clients and legal teams, focusing on clips and excerpts for trial use. Professionalism & Confidentiality: Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and client confidentiality in all interactions and handle evidence following strict chain-of-custody protocols. Internal Support: Assist with company marketing projects, promotional videos, and creative content during periods outside of active litigation support.

Required Qualifications Proven experience in trial presentation technology (e.g., TrialDirector, OnCue, or similar) and providing in-court support. Experience in legal videography; experience preparing video for trial use is essential. Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent) and managing digital evidence. Strong technical troubleshooting skills with AV and presentation equipment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional demeanor in client-facing and courtroom settings. Highly reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented, especially under the pressure of a live trial. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for equipment transport; ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications Experience working directly with attorneys, law firms, or court systems in a trial setting. Deep familiarity with rules of evidence, legal procedures, and confidentiality protocols related to digital media. Certified Legal Video Specialist (CLVS) or equivalent certification.
