to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will analyze operational data to support automation initiatives and intelligent decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Data Collection & Management Gather, clean, and organize operational and system data. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of datasets. Data Analysis Analyze datasets to identify automation opportunities and performance trends. Support forecasting and operational insights. Reporting & Visualization Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Track automation and performance metrics. Team Collaboration Work with business, IT, and automation teams to deliver actionable insights. Tool Utilization Leverage SQL, Excel, and BI platforms for analysis and reporting. Data Governance Support data governance and best practices for long-term data integrity. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of data analysis experience Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel Experience with Tableau or Power BI Basic understanding of AI or automation concepts is a plus Strong analytical and communication skills
