Job Summary The Fund Accountant is responsible for providing specialized accounting support for commingled investment portfolios. Using advanced fund accounting technology, this role executes key components of the net asset value (NAV) processincluding transactions, capital stock, expenses, corporate actions, cash, special handling, and break identification/resolution. The Fund Accountant ensures all daily accounting deliverables are completed timely, accurately, and in alignment with department standards.

Key Responsibilities Daily Fund Accounting Execution Complete core aspects of NAV processing, including transactions, capital stock activity, expenses, corporate actions, and cash. Identify, research, and resolve daily breaks and discrepancies. Monitor daily production, manage assigned volume, and ensure all outputs meet quality and timeliness standards. Assist with daily reporting and ensure deadlines are consistently met. Communication & Issue Resolution Serve as the primary contact for derivative valuation inquiries. Verify information and escalate problem items when necessary. Follow up on open inquiries and assist with issue resolution. Communicate professionally with internal teams and other departments to resolve issues while minimizing risk. Collaboration & Reporting Collaborate with other departments to address inquiries and ensure accurate accounting outcomes. Contribute to management reporting, including Clarity updates, PVCs, past dues, cash breaks, and R&A analysis. Support ongoing process improvement initiatives and contribute to division-wide efficiency enhancements.

Qualifications Bachelors degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to work U.S. holidays and overtime as required.
