About the Firm

Our client is a rapidly growing private credit investment firm with over $1B in assets under management. The firm specializes in providing structured, asset-backed financing to early-stage, venture-backed fintech companies. Their investment strategy centers on creating SPV facilities backed by collateralized receivables-such as credit cards, charge cards, loans, and revenue-based financing. With a typical deal size ranging from $25M to $200M (sweet spot around $40M), the firm plays a pivotal role as the first institutional lender, helping fintechs scale before transitioning to traditional bank financing. The San Francisco office is a key part of their U.S. investment strategy, which operates alongside a separate emerging markets strategy.
