About the Role An established and rapidly growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced
Finance Manager
to join its Houston-based team. This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and enjoys driving process improvements with minimal supervision. As a key member of the finance team, you will partner closely with operations and executive leadership to analyze financial performance, manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, and enhance overall profitability.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 510 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Proven track record of owning P&L, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Highly proactive and independent, with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong financial modeling skills. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, or Microsoft Dynamics. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across departments.
