Senior Financial Analyst
to join a growing finance team and support high-impact decision-making. This role offers high visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to influence financial and operational strategy. What Youll Do Develop and maintain financial models, including cash flow forecasts. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for leadership. Build and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational decision-making. Conduct ad hoc financial analyses, including scenario planning and investment modeling. Partner with teams across the organization to provide financial insights and recommendations. Support process improvements, reporting enhancements, and data integrity initiatives. Monitor debt schedules, compliance requirements, and year-end financial deliverables. What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Finance or related field. 23+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis. Strong proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot; BI tools (Power BI) preferred. Experience with modern ERP systems is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex data. Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
