strategic finance initiatives making it a great fit for someone who wants to stretch beyond the traditional FP&A track. As part of our growing finance team, youll work closely with leadership to not only provide accurate reporting and analysis, but also to
influence decision-making and business strategy . If youre analytical, curious, and excited to contribute in a visible role, we want to meet you. What Youll Do Drive the monthly close and reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial results Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking Partner with business leaders to provide insights on KPIs, variance drivers, and operational performance Assist with strategic projects such as evaluating new business opportunities, pricing initiatives, and market analysis Support ad hoc analysis for senior leadership, including scenario modeling and investment analysis Help refine processes and reporting tools to improve efficiency and accuracy What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related role Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; exposure to BI/reporting tools a plus Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for decision-makers Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams Eagerness to grow into a broader
